At Charmitt Studio, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with care. Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We’ll make sure to resolve it for you at the earliest.

Eligibility for Replacement

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video may be required for verification

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products
• Items purchased during special sales or discounts
